SANNI WELKER (*1988) is a photographer and artist based in Berlin. Her PHOTOGRAPHY on the one hand aims at documenting the world in an aesthetically pleasing and often sociologically relevant way, on the other hand she loves capturing images that border on the abstract and make the viewer think creatively. Her photography has been exhibited in the PENG – Verein zur Förderung von Kunst, Kommunikation und Design in Mainz, and in the Kunsthaus KuLe in Berlin.
As to ART, she has been interested in modern and especially public art from an early age on and has initiated several major street art projects that emphasize the importance of democracy and human rights, such as the "Pfad der Demokratie" in Berlin in 2021. Furthermore, she enjoys creating large-scale sculptures and decorations for festivals and events. She teaches art, philosophy and ethics.
